With 25 years of professional experience, architects Pablo Iglesias Molli and Francisca Steverlynck establish Steverlynck + Iglesias Molli Arquitectos in 2011.
Since its inception SIM architects has developed projects in different areas including private houses, multifamily housing, office buildings, hotels, urban design and master planning projects in Argentina and overseas.
SIM architects proposes architecture based on a rational assessment of the idea as the origin of their works and encourages the integration, dialogue and respect for the environment that surrounds it.
Pablo Iglesias Molli.
Pablo Iglesias Molli was born in 1962 in Buenos Aires. He earned a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of Buenos Aires in 1986.
He worked as a Project Manager and Associate in Lacroze Miguens Prati offices in Buenos Aires since 1985 until he established Steverlynck+Iglesias Molli Arquitectos in 2011 together with Francisca Steverlynck.
He has developed a teaching experience at the University of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of Buenos Aires as an Associate Professor at Construction and Legal Management. He has attended several training courses including Management and Quality Standard ISO9000 at Sociedad Central de Arquitectos (SCA) in Buenos Aires.
Francisca Steverlynck.
Francisca Steverlynck was born in 1974 in Buenos Aires. She graduated with honors as an Architect at the University of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of Buenos Aires in 2000.
She worked as Urban and Design Architect at Alfredo Garay Urban Design offices and at Lacroze Miguens Prati Associates offices in Buenos Aires.
In 2003 she moved to Miami, USA where she worked as Country Manager for Burco Group (Belgian Urban Renovation Company) and as Design Architect at Roger Fry @ Associates, P.A. offices.
Back in Buenos Aires, in the year 2007, she worked as an Associate for the housing area at Lacroze Miguens Prati Associates offices until she established Steverlynck+Iglesias Molli Arquitectos in 2011 with Pablo Iglesias Molli.
She has developed a teaching experience at the University of Architecture of Buenos Aires as Professor at Architecture and Design.
